One party is İZFAŞ / TTI IZMIR, and the other party is the individual or legal entity accredited online (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”). This Membership Agreement has been executed between the parties.

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms of access, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the parties regarding the Member accredited online within the scope of the TTI IZMIR / Digitalizmirfair platform organized by İZFAŞ.

The Member agrees to correctly and completely fill out the accreditation form on İZFAŞ’s official website ttidigital.izfas.com.tr. Upon approval of the application, the Member obtains the right to access the system. Membership is personal/institutional and cannot be transferred to third parties.

The Member may use the information provided on the platform solely within the scope of their commercial and/or professional activities. İZFAŞ reserves the right to make necessary updates and changes during the membership period. The Member is responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the system. In case of providing false information, the membership may be canceled. The parties agree to comply with the relevant legislation on the protection of personal data.

İZFAŞ shall use the personal data provided by the Member only for the purpose of carrying out the related event/fair services. Such data shall not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the Member (except in cases of legal obligation).

This agreement enters into force upon the approval of the Member’s online accreditation. Either party may terminate the membership by providing written notice to the other party. In the event that the Member violates their obligations, İZFAŞ may unilaterally terminate the membership.

For the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of [City] shall have jurisdiction.

The parties declare that they have read and accepted this agreement electronically.
